The impact of the credit crunch became much clearer towards the latter half of 2007 and certainly more apparent after the near collaspe of Northern Rock.Caution is now widespread across the central London residential market as the tightening of lending criteria starts to directly effect all buyers.

This erosion of confidence will mean many people will simple choose to stay put and it’s likely that housing transactions will fall quite significantly.Readily available cheap money looks like part of a bygone age.
