GB 84 unit block completes in Greenwich

GB Developments has successfully engineered the completion of all 84 apartments within the Rubicon development in Greenwich which were purchased off plan in 2007.A total of 62 apartments have either completed to third party investment buyers or owner occupiers over the last three months.GB have themselves completed on 22 units and placed these within their own rental portfolio.
Managing Director,Simon Grace,commented “In the middle of extremely difficult conditions for the new build buy to let market I am thrilled we have managed to secure successful completions on all 84 units.In the end it came down to the property fundamentals of the building which was sensibly priced at point of sale,in a great location and close to good transport links.”
