GB Developments has purchased a number of one bed apartments within Stanhope and Mitsui Fudosan inspired redevelopment of this iconic building. The scheme will provide up to 950 new homes, 500,000 sqft of grade A offices with BBC Worldwide already in residence and a new Hotel and members club by Soho House
Residents will benefit from a range of amenities including a 24-hour concierge, residents lounge, and screening and meeting rooms adaptable for private dinners. Life at Television Centre is designed in the round, where residents will benefit from a gym and fitness club with spa, independent cafés and restaurants on the famous forecourt, and a four-screen cinema.
