Further sales for GB

Despite a rather sluggish market, GB has sold a number of it’s units in Nine Elms including a 13th floor two in Embassy Gardens and a 13th floor two bed in Battersea Power Station.
Simon Grace commented “Even with the suggestion of an oversupply of new build flats in the nine elms area, we were pleased to sell both these units to owner occupiers who appreciated their best in class nature. The prices achieved were very good especially taking into account current market conditions.”
