GB 2020 Completions

GB has completed on several apartments in 2020. These have included flats at Mount Anvil’s development at Keybridge House, Canary Wharf’s development at 10 Park Drive and Ballymore’s development at The Wardian in Canary Wharf.
The rental market has been challenging for reasons we are all too aware of this year and the rents achieved were circa 10% off expectations on initial purchase. However, all apartments are now fully furnished, occupied and income producing.
The developers in all cases provided extremely good customer care with very little snagging requirement in any of the units. They will all be held within the rental portfolio for the medium term.
