GB completes at 250 City Road

GB has completed on a two-bed unit within the Berkeley Homes development at 250 City Road, some five years after we exchanged contracts. A stunning flat with tremendous skyline views of London and a quality internal finish.
Contrary to recent experience with the letting market, the flat was tenanted three days after completion. Thanks to Berkeley Homes for allowing access during the notice period and Stephen Sanders at Sanders Property for his work on this. Again, with the ongoing environment the rental level was circa 10% off expectations on purchase, but still represented a 3.7% yield.
