GB Developments is a private company that invests in residential development and investment opportunities primarily in the UK.

The company specialises in the new build central london residential market, where the directors have been acquiring properties since 1998.GB invests it's own shareholder equity along side a small number of joint venture partners. These resources, knowledge of the market and flat management structure means decisions are reached and deals concluded quickly and effectively.

Whilst market conditions since the latter half of 2007 have been far from easy, GB Developments has met every one of it's off plan contractural commitments.  We remain firmly committed to the central london property market and look forward to the opportunities that will undoubtedly arise over the next few years.
