New Mayfair Office

GB Developments are delighted to confirm they have taken a long lease on offices in Mayfair.

The move coincides with the appointment by Nurton Developments of Richard Emerson as their London and South East commercial acquisitions director. Nurton Developments is wholly owned by the Bradshaw family who are GB's majority shareholders and equity providers. GB's expertise in residential development, will enable Nurton to look seriously at mixed use schemes in brownfield locations, and give introducing agents and vendors the confidence that both uses can be dealt with on their own merits."
