GB Buys in Mayfair

GB Developments has purchased a 700sqft one bed apartment with car parking within one of London’s most prestigious residential developments. Located on Cork Street, Mayfair, the development will comprise only 42 luxury apartments with first class amenities together and significantly improved art gallery space and a restaurant on the ground floor.
Apartment 102 is one of only four one bedroom apartments in the development and overlooks Cork Street which is due to be revitalised as part of the planning conditions.
Native Land in joint venture with HPL and Amcorp are developing this 83,000sqft Rogers Stirk Harbour and Partners designed building which is planned to complete in late 2016.
