GB sells in Stratford

GB has sold all its two bed apartments with Telford Homes new development, Stratford Central, in the six months prior to completion.
Simon Grace commented “Given the near four year timescale between exchange and completion there was an opportunity to take some profit from the capital appreciation which occurred during the period. Not only did average values in Stratford increase but the Telford product also proved very appealing to owner occupiers once access could be gained to the units.”
